If cancelled 0 - 61 days before arrival, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
