Once booking has been accepted and confirmed, Bed in the Treetops cancellation policy is as follows:

14 days or more notice prior to arrival date
Full refund less up to 25% administration costs, depending on booking type.*1

7 - 14 days notice prior to arrival date
50% refund

Less than 7 days notice prior to arrival date and/or early departure.*2
Nil refund

*Please note
*1 If you advise us of your cancellation 14 days or more before arrival date, and we can transfer your booking to another mutually acceptable date, Bed in the Treetops will waive the above administration costs.
*2 If guests decide to depart before their scheduled departure time, and we cannot re-book the night(s) left vacant, then those guests will be liable for the full amount payable for the night(s) not taken.
